Jen has been practicing Yoga in many different styles for over 14 years. In her journey, Jen has been inspired by all her teachers and has developed a practice that fits her flexibility level and mindful direction.
Jen completed her 200 hr Yoga Certification and then went on to deepen her studies with Bernie Clark in Yin Yoga and Meditation in Vancouver, BC.
Jen encourages students to be mindful of their bodies in this non-competitive nurturing environment.
Repetition is necessary for improvement, and Jen's personal touch to flow and music keeps every session feeling new and refreshing.
Zen with Jen is not about impressing people on social media, its about using yoga to connect to yourself again.
